the ring
Here is the ring I gave Kara:
The center stone was left to me by my grandmother on my Dad's side, who died when I was about six months old. I never really knew her. I got it from my parents when I went to visit my Mom when she was in the hospital earlier this year, and I asked her what she thought about me marrying Kara. Obviously, they were pretty fine with the idea.
The ring is white gold with the center stone, two side stones, and three channel-set smaller diamonds on each side. Kara seems to like it. :)
